Real Wedding by Michael Francis Photography
Timeless elegance... A photographer's delight... Andria the Architect & Robert the Urban Planner, September 19 2009. A union of two people with exquisite taste and the talent to make every detail perfect. Meticulously every component of the wedding was looked after by the bride. From the hand made corsages, boutineres, stationary to the custom desgined outfits for the ring bearers. Her striking lace gown was designed by Monique L'Huillier at Dina Alonzi boutique.
Andria's day began at her mothers home, with a crisp white tent filled to the brim with goodies for the guests to enjoy. Then followed by a trip to downtown Toronto, at Knox College located at the Unversity of Toronto, for their vows to be exchanged. She wore a veil for her ceremony and shortly after, she changed her catherdal veil to a classic 1940's head piece created by Lilliput.

The switch, was truly dramatic who doesn't love the bird cage detail. Sexy and mysterious. The photo opportunities continued on the grounds at the University of Toronto.
We then made our way to Pipers Heath Golf Club and took advantage of the old barn house on the grounds, the contrast from the weathered wood, and the warm glow of the sun to elegance of Andria & Robert made for fantastic juxtapostion. The guests awaiting in the open air, devouring oysters and sipping wine. Their grand entrance at the outdoor patio, where they had their first dance, under the open blue sky and jazz music played by a trio. Their wedding was truly stunning, what an honor to be part of their magic.
