Real Wedding by Magnolia Photography
Ianic and I met through a mutual friend at a birthday dinner in New York. I had just moved to the city and a friend wanted to set me up with someone, but it turned out I only had eyes for the one sitting next to him: Ianic. However, after that evening we did not see or hear from each other for the next 3 months. Until I had an interview at the very place he worked. I landed the job and soon began working with Ianic in the same department.
One day, he made an announcement that he got a job opportunity in Europe and was leaving. We unsurprisingly started spending all our free time together, and began dating. On his last day in NYC, we strolled down 5th avenue, and ended the night in a horse drawn carriage through Central Park. And realized… we were in love.
Guests were then invited to join the couple for dinner under a clear tent specially erected for the occasion...
As planned, he left and we agreed to try the long distance relationship.

When Christmas came, we spent it in Montreal. His gift to me was a big wooden box with many little gifts inside. One of the gifts was a ring box, with the most beautiful letter I have ever read. I looked at him, and there he was, down on one knee with a ring in his hand. It was just perfect! Engaged, I moved to Europe a few months later.
After looking at many ads for the right photographer, we decided to meet with Magnolia. We knew from the moment we shook hands with Patrizia, that she was the one. She welcomed us like old friends, she took her time, expressed her ideas and opinions. And she really listened to what we wanted. On our wedding day, she took photos of details I couldn’t have possibly imagined. It was wonderful to have her with us on our day. The photos are exquisite; I have never felt so beautiful in my life. We cherish our memories and are thankful to her for capturing our love.
