Real Wedding by Papillon Studios
We met in our late teens, George a tall, dark and handsome Seychellois, and I, Priscilla, a Montreal born Scottish Canadian. We fell in love and decided to elope to George’s native Islands where we began our lives together. When we eloped, we had a small sunset ceremony just the two of us but soon realized that there was something missing and in 2009 George and I decided to come back to Montreal to renew our vows and share our happiness with our friends and family. To make the event more memorable, we were able to share our joy with our new baby boy Tyrese. While planning the event George and I wanted to make sure that it incorporated a little bit or the comforts from a traditional Canadian scenery as well as keeping it warm and intimate.
We decide to celebrate our love at the Beautiful Quintessence Hotel in Mont Tremblant, where we were welcomed by Julie Lemay and her wonderful staff. Getting ready in our beautiful suite, the day went on with some much needed quality time between my mother, my sisters and myself. It was an emotional
time for me as we did not get these special moments when I had eloped to the Seychelles with George.

My mother started with my make-up and hair while my sisters prepared my dress. What a beautiful dress it was!!! Light pink with white crinolines.. I felt like a princess!!! In my dreams, I knew it would be special but this was even better!! George and Tyrese also had matching tuxedos with the blue tie and hanky, our little piece of the Seychelles Ocean color, to carry over in our Canadian
ceremony.
Our photographer, Keely Tate was patiently waiting for us. The beautiful scenery and backdrops of the elegant rooms of the Quintessence Hotel provided us with warm and cozy settings for our photos. The magnificent fireplace in the lobby was our first family photo opportunity. Tyrese and George shared a father and son moment that was perfectly captured by Keely. After the fireplace shots, we made our way down the majestic staircase that
would take us to the Wine bar for
cocktails and dinner.
Keely was absolutely the perfect choice of photographer for us.
Her presence was always discrete. Once we reviewed the images of the day, we realized Keely captured all our special moments with creativity as well as class. At the end of the day, we have beautiful memories captured for ever...
