FRESH RED & PURPLE OUTDOOR WEDDING

red wedding dress

From the bride’s custom red gown designed by Toronto Designer Whyte Couture to the 93-year-old flower girl and all the guests requested to wear black, Blair and Matt’s wedding was anything but ordinary. To say her “I do’s” set on a private farm in Millgrove, Ontario, the “lady in red” made her way down a 250-foot burlap aisle runner to an altar featuring a gorgeous set of 25-foot-high drapes. A theme of French Royalty was met with Frida Kahlo-esque accents for the tented reception through the use of eggplant coloured linens, hundreds of vintage gold candle sticks and bright jewel toned florals. To add a classic touch, groom Matt spent hours making a large bar made out of skids with a bright light up BAR sign. The event was a feast for photographer Kurtz Orpia, to say the least.
