When Nadine first moved from Montréal to Toronto she was determined to make it in the big city by finding a job on her own. The catch: she could barely speak a word of English. While on the web scouting for potential openings, she came across a Publicist job. At that moment, something told her—despite the odds of her getting a call back—that she should apply. To her surprise, Nadine was asked to go in for an interview. She went, the nerves settled in, and not long into it, she realized she didn’t have many of the skills required. Her interviewer Fabrice, on the other hand, recognized her tenacity and skills in graphic design and offered her a job in a related field on the spot. As it would happen, both of their lives changed that day.
The Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal Science Centre was the perfect spot for Nadine and Fabrice’s “ Dolce Vita” red carpet extravaganza. Kim from KA Mariage Planification & Design understood the vision set in Nadine’s mind, seamlessly draping the riverfront complex in glamour from head to toe. The two main colours used for the décor were red (symbolic of passion) and white (symbolic of romance). The end result was spectacular. Everyone in attendance was amazed by their surroundings from beginning to end. Find this wedding in the current issue of Montreal’s Elegant Wedding Magazine on stands now.
