Promise I Make To You

east meets west wedding theme

The concept of this styled shoot was to showcase East meets West in a luxury fusion style rather than entirely traditional.

The setup is the after-wedding feeling where the couple has some alone time and re-evoke those cherished moments before the wedding ceremony. The reception was designed with soft and subtle tones to give a beautiful and dreamy feel.
The theme Promise I Make To You originates from the rituals of seven vows, that is performed in a Hindu wedding where the bride and groom go around the sacred fire seven times. Going for a fusion style does not mean one is not cultured, which generally is the perception in the Asian culture.

The mood was to reminisce those vows. The beautiful Prestwold Hall was a perfect choice, it was oozing modern elegance. The conservatory, dining area, and the outside of the house were the main parts used for this shoot as they all had a different character, elegance, and beauty.

Simple, elegant, and luxurious. The womenswear was selected based on a darker pink color for the main ceremony, where the details of the embroidery made it different from the traditional red bridal. For the reception, the focus was on the lighter color of the coral.

The soft coral and ivory tones created this dreamy, luxurious look through the tablescape, chairs, centerpieces, stationery, florals, cake, macaroons, damask linen, and embroidered napkin.
The whole shoot and concept felt original, beautiful, and romantic and was captured beautifully by the photographer.
