When Canadian couple Robert and Rebecca visited Gaiole in Chianti, Italy, in 2013 for a cycling trip, they came across an Italian family celebrating a birthday outside a restaurant where they were dining. Wine was flowing, a delicious aroma of Italian cuisine surrounded the area but most importantly, there was laughter and love. This moment resonated with Robert and Rebecca and once he popped the question to her in Ottawa, Canada, only one type of celebration came to mind for their wedding: an Italian one! The couple researched over 100 photographers to capture their Italian elopement and found Paolo Ceritano. Not only did he understand their vision, he understood them as people. Forty of Rebecca and Robert’s family and friends gladly attended their wedding in Italy where the treasured and long awaited celebration took place.
