Being that Candice and Frederick come from both the country and the city, they decided to combine rustic with elegance to create a whimsical woodland wedding theme. In traditional fashion, the couple saw each other for the first time at the ceremony where the altar was framed by two large cherry blossom arrangements. At the magical reception, blush floor to ceiling draping lined the room where each table featured a large, lush, greenery centrepiece illuminated by hanging bulbs filled with candles. To push the woodland theme further, a five-tier white and gold cake was created with woodwork effects carved into the bottom tier. Everyone felt as though they had been transported to a magical forest. Scrumptious food was served, guests mingled throughout the evening and fantastic entertainment was provided thanks to a phenomenal live Lebanese band.
