A TUNNEL OF TULIPS: MONTREAL WEDDING

A Tunnel of Tulips Wedding in Montreal

Without a doubt, Jaclyn and Norman’s tunnel of tulips wedding—planned by Marsha Brumer of MB Events along with Christine Pickrell and Lorne Levitt—centred on flowers. Layered glass tables, lucite chairs and a custom backdrop to the band and bar were all created in a way that showcased the tulips. To keep the atmosphere elegant, elevated staging and a custom high-shine dance floor were incorporated.

To complement the magnificent ceiling of tulips leading into the reception, an incredible four-panel seating chart was created for all 300 of Jaclyn and Norman’s “Favourite People.” The chart—comprised of adorable shimmer pebble pouches intertwined with fresh tulips—not only wowed the guests, it served a purpose containing the guest’s seating card and wedding program. Later in the evening as Polaroid pictures were taken, they were placed back into the pouches, turning it into a memorable display. Jaclyn and Norman’s wedding came together just as they had envisioned: modern and romantic. Find it in the current issue of Montreal’s Elegant Wedding Magazine on stands now.
